Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 December 2019 consisted of 611,496,773 ordinary shares, ((previously 611,496,773 ordinary shares as at 20 December 2019 ) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 611,496,773.

The above figure of 611,496,773 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
