Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 19 December 2017 consisted of 678,134,714 ordinary shares (previously 678,066,918 ordinary shares taking into account the latest buyback and an exercise of 67,796 options on 13 December) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 678,134,714.

The above figure of 678,134,714 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
