Vostok-Finance LLC alienates shares of RusHydro

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that Vostok-Finance LLC (100% subsidiary of PJSC RAO ES of the East) acquired 28,731 (or 0.0000074%) shares of RusHydro in accordance with the agreement No.1 of January 20, 2016, and then alienated 3,259,155 shares as a result of the voluntary tender offer. As a result of this transaction Vostok-Finance LLC does not own any shares of RusHydro.
