VinaLand Limited (the "Company" or "VNL"), the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to target key growth segments within Vietnam's emerging real estate market, notes recent media comment relating to a proposed disposal of certain of its hotel and leisure assets to a Singapore-listed trust.
