Vesting of staff share options
The Company is notified that 129,975 share options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company granted to Michael McMahon, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, by UE Holdco (Jersey) Limited, vested on 9th May 2021, pursuant to the terms of an option agreement between UE Holdco (Jersey) Limited and Michael McMahon. Legal and beneficial ownership of 129,975 shares is transferred from UE Holdco (Jersey) Limited to Michael McMahon by virtue of an option exercise notice dated 9th May 2021.
