Vesting of Performance Shares

Terrace Hill Group PLC (AIM:THG) announces that the 594,059 shares awarded to Jon Austen under the Terrace Hill Group PLC Performance Share Plan ('PSP') ('the Award'), as announced on 28 October 2008, vested on 1 September 2010. Following the change in the structure of the Company's PSP as announced on 26 August 2010, the Award has vested as nil-cost options, exercisable for a period of up to 7 years from 1 September 2010.

The Company has a total of 16,463,770 awards outstanding under the PSP, representing 7.77 % of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, of which 594,059 shares have vested.
