Vesting of LTIP awards
Manx Telecom plc (the "Company") announces that it has issued 128,170 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares have been allotted pursuant to exercise of share options awarded to a number of individuals under the Company's "2015 Long Term Investment Plan" following achievement of the performance conditions set on award of the options on 11 May 2015.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 128,170 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8:00 a.m. on 30 May 2018. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital and total number of voting rights will be 115,009,234 Ordinary Shares. Following the Admission, Gary Lamb's interest in the Company is 569,679 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.50% of the Company's issued share capital.
