(Verizon) furnished a Report on Form 8-K with the SEC to announce that on May 9, 2013 the Board of Representatives of Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless declared distributions to its owners in the aggregate amount of $7.0 billion, payable on June 25, 2013, in proportion to their respective partnership interests on the date of such distribution.
