Notice of filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

On December 8, 2014, Verizon Communications Inc. (Verizon) filed a Form 8-K disclosing that effective at the close of business on December 31, 2014, Randal S. Milch, Verizon's Executive Vice President - Public Policy and General Counsel, will no longer be responsible for Verizon's legal and public policy functions. Effective January 1, 2015, Mr. Milch will become strategic policy advisor to Mr. Lowell C. McAdam, Verizon's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and will oversee strategic policy initiatives.
