On January 6, 2014, Verizon Communications Inc. (Verizon) furnished a Report on Form 8-K with the SEC announcing that Verizon Wireless has signed agreements to transfer its 700 MHz A Block spectrum licenses to T-Mobile USA in exchange for cash and spectrum licenses in the AWS and PCS bands.
