On March 10, 2014, Verizon Communications Inc. (Verizon) filed a Report on Form 8-K incorporating the unaudited pro forma condensed consolidated financial information of Verizon, giving effect to the acquisition (the "Wireless Transaction") of Vodafone Group Plc's indirect 45% interest in Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless on February 21, 2014.
