On December 1, 2014, Verizon Communications Inc. (Verizon) filed a Form 8-K disclosing that Verizon closed its sale of notes pursuant to a purchase agreement with Barclays Bank PLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Merrill Lynch International and the other several purchasers named therein.
