Daniel Valk to join Poltava Petroleum Company as General Director

JKX Oil & Gas plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Valk as General Director of Poltava Petroleum Company ("PPC"), based in Poltava, Ukraine.

Daniel has over 20 years of industrial management experience in Ukraine and Russia, including as Chairman of the Board of DSS - Zaporozhe, a major steel manufacturer. He is also founder of Vista Tex oil and gas, an on-shore oil and gas company in Texas, USA.
