Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 23 May 2019 (EU Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive) and 11 June 2019 (U.S. Stay Resolution Provisions), the Issuer announces that it has today entered into an agreement with CGML and an agreement with CGML and The Bank of New York Mellon giving the acknowledgements required by BRRD in respect of the CGML Security Agreement and the CGML Control Agreement (respectively) and has submitted an Adherence Letter in respect of the ISDA® 2018 US Resolution Stay Protocol.

Terms used in this announcement and not otherwise defined bear the same meanings as where used in the prospectuses of the Issuer dated 29 May 2019 and 24 May 2019.
