US Leadership Team Strengthened

New hires further enhance strength and depth of senior US team

The Innovation Group plc (LSE: TIG.L), ('Innovation' or 'the Group'), a global provider of enterprise software and business process outsourcing solutions to the insurance, financial services, motor and fleet industries world-wide, is pleased to announce two new appointments to the U.S. management team. The appointments of William Langley as Chief Executive Officer, Business Process Services, U.S. and Mark McGee as Chief Operating Officer, Business Process Services, U.S. are part of the Group's strategy to refresh and bolster its leadership teams globally.

William (Bill) Langley has over 20 years of insurance industry experience working closely together with the top insurance carriers on improving their claims management process through collision repair and insurance estimating software solutions, analytical tools and data. Mark McGee brings to Innovation a further 20 years of industry experience in the Insurance and Technology sectors, with a successful and extensive track record with both publically traded and private services organisations working within insurance and financial services industries.

Together, Bill and Mark will play key roles in the Group's US leadership team, spearheading efforts to grow the Group's activities in this exciting market place.
