The Company notes the US's Executive Order 13959, which prohibits US Persons from purchasing "publicly traded securities" of a number of Chinese companies identified as "Communist Chinese Military Companies". The Company can confirm that, as of 15 January 2021, it has no holdings of securities issued by these companies and that it will maintain its portfolio to allow compliance with the Order going forward. The Company will monitor this matter as it continues to evolve.
