Pursuit Dynamics PLC03 October 2005 3 October 2005 PURSUIT DYNAMICS PLC SECOND U.S. DISTRIBUTION PARTNER ANNOUNCED Pursuit Dynamics plc ("Pursuit"), the developer and licensor of the innovative and patented PDX technology, which has applications across a broad range of fluid processing industries, announces today that it has signed a second US distribution deal for its PDX Sonic food and beverage processing technology with Anderson & Dahlen, Inc. ("A&D"). The agreement has been reached in advance of the formal US launch of PDX Sonic at the WorldWide Food Expo, in Chicago this month. A&D is a full service process systems integrator which provides world-class engineering, design and equipment solutions to the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical processing industries, amongst others. A&D will also be investing in a demonstration facility for the PDX Sonic at its 84,000 sq ft manufacturing plant in Minnesota. The deal follows Pursuit's recent announcement that it had signed a license agreement with a multi-billion dollar US food manufacturer and producer.
