Inmarsat PLC07 November 2005 7th November 2005 Inmarsat plc, the leading global mobile communications satellite provider, confirmed that a full assessment of the data, which resulted in the decision to delay the launch of the Inmarsat-4 satellite on Saturday 5th November 2005, has now been completed. Both Sea Launch and Inmarsat are satisfied that the software associated with thecountdown sequence has been fully understood and validated for the launchconditions which prevailed at the time. As a result, both parties are nowpreparing for a launch on Tuesday 8th November. The satellite launch is now planned at the opening of a 29-minute launch windowat 6:07am Pacific Time, 14:07 GMT on 8th November. A live webcast of the launchcan be viewed at www.inmarsat.com.
