Updated Disclosure: Commercial Bank's Stake in United Arab Bank (UAB)

25 December 2017, Doha - Qatar: Further to the announcement dated 26 September 2017 titled "Commercial Bank's stake in United Arab Bank (P.J.S.C.)" and the updated announcement dated 22 October 2017, kindly note that Commercial Bank has agreed to extend the exclusivity period by 30 days to 24 January 2018 granted to Tabarak Investment Owned by Tabarak Commercial Investment One Person Company LLC in respect of the potential purchase of the Commercial Bank (P.S.Q.C.)'s stake in United Arab Bank (P.J.S.C.), a publicly listed entity on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (A.D.X.), with its registered head office in Sharjah, UAE.
