UPDATE TO RELEASE DATE OF THE 2020 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Lamprell plc confirms that, further to its announcement of 13 May 2021, its full year results for the period ended 31 December 2020 will be published on 29 June 2021. There will be a webcast analyst presentation at 9:00am BST which can be accessed from the Company's website www.lamprell.com.
