Mobile Gateway 3.0 is among the first mobile email solutions on the market toprovide provisioning capabilities as a standard feature. Using the widelyadopted industry standard OMA CP (Open Mobile Alliance Client Provisioning),Synchronica's Client Provisioning module provides over-the-air configuration ofsynchronisation (SyncML/OMA DS) and email clients (IMAP/SMTP), removing the needfor manual-device configuration. Users simply select their country, operator,phone make and model from a menu in the Mobile Gateway portal and receive aconfiguration message on their phone, automatically configuring the device forpush email and synchronisation.
