Update to Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that, further to the announcement of 1 October 2021, the appointment of David Kiddie as Non-Executive Chairman, to succeed Joanne Lake, remains subject to receipt of regulatory approval. A further announcement will be made in due course once approval has been received to confirm the appointment. Joanne Lake continues as Non-Executive Chairman during this extended handover period.
