Update related to Merger and Delisting schedule
The Company wishes to update shareholders that the certificate consummating the Merger (as defined in previous notifications) had not been issued by the Registrar of Companies by close of business in Israel today as previously anticipated.
The Company wishes to reassure shareholders that the delay is entirely clerical in nature and anticipates that this certificate will be issued in coming days.
A further announcement will be made as soon as possible confirming receipt of the certificate and the date of Cancellation. Trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended.
