Further to this morning's announcement, the proposed acquisition of E.ON's UK North Sea assets is currently classified as a reverse takeover under the Listing Rules. Necessary steps are being taken to prepare information for publication regarding E.ON's UK North Sea business to restore the listing. A further update will be provided in due course.
