UPDATE REGARDING A PROPOSAL OF ZERO ONE CAPITAL LTD

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today, further to its previous announcements dated July 9, 2021, July 12, 2021 and July 14, 2021, regarding G.C Hevron Capital Ltd's proposal ("Hevron Capital's Proposal) and its announcement dated July 27, 2021, regarding L.I.A Pure Capital Ltd's proposal ("L.I.A's Proposal); that the Company received an additional proposal from Zero One Capital Ltd ("Zero One" and "Zero One's Proposal", respectively) to preserve the Company's existing assets in favor of the Company's bondholders and other interested persons and simultaneously to enable to flow new activity.

It shall be clarified that the Company has summoned a bondholders meeting, on August 1, 2021 at 13:30, in order to discuss the proposals and receive the Company's bondholders position regarding these proposals.
