Update Regarding Fundraising

Further to the RNS dated 27 April 2017, Herencia (AIM: HER) announces that it has received total subscriptions for approximately US$ 1,230,517 pursuant to the placing. The Company will today allot shares with respect to US$ 1,033,288 of those subscriptions and expects to receive the balance of funds in the course of next week. Accordingly Herencia will split admission of the Placing Shares into two tranches with the first tranche of 1,781,158,152 ordinary shares ("First Tranche") is expected to be Admitted to trading on AIM on 8 May 2017.

Following the issue of the First Tranche, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 6,428,430,067 .

Application has been made for 339,978,889 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, representing the balance of shares to be admitted pursuant to the Placing ("Second Tranche"), and Admission is expected to occur on or around 15 May 2017.

Following the issue of the Second Tranche, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 6,768,408,956. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 6,768,408,956. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
