UPDATE REGARDING A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS
Further to Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announcement dated February 5, 2024 (the "Last Announcement"), regarding the purchase of the Company's shares by Ragnar Trade spó?ka z ograniczon? odpowiedzialno?ci? ("Ragnar Trade"), the Company announces today, that since the Last Announcement, Ragnar Trade sold about 472 thousand shares of the Company, thus Ragnar Trade holdings in the Company is decreased to 4.81% of the Company's issued and paid capital.
