Update re Silicon Valley Bank exposure

RTW Venture Fund Limited (the "Company"), a London Stock Exchange-listed investment company focused on identifying transformative assets with high growth potential across the life sciences sector, provides an announcement on its exposure to Silicon Valley Bank ("SVB").

The Company and its investment manager, RTW Investments, LP, have no direct exposure to SVB.

No public companies in the portfolio have material exposure to SVB.

Four private core portfolio companies totaling 1.68% of NAV have some exposure to SVB. After US regulators moved to guarantee all SVB depositors last night, we do not envisage that this exposure will have a specific impact on the Company's NAV.
