Update re publication of accounts

The Company notes recent speculation on social media about the timing of the publication of its audited report and accounts for the 15-month period ended 31 March 2017 (the "Annual Report"). On 28 June 2017 the Company announced that that it would not be able to publish the Annual Report by 30 June 2017, as previously announced on 21 April 2017.

The Company has made progress in finalising the Annual Report and is hoping to publish this in the next couple of weeks. The further delay in the publication of the Annual Report is due to the Company's inability to access the books and accounts of its former subsidiary, Center Point Development Corp, the disposal of which was announced on 11 January and 21 February 2017.
