Update on proposed cancellation of AIM admission
Further to the proposal to seek shareholder approval for the cancellation of the Company's AIM admission, the Company announces that it has received various approaches from third parties offering a number of different options as an alternative to the proposed cancellation.
The Board of the Company is considering these approaches, which are at an early stage, to assess whether any is likely to offer greater value for all shareholders compared with the original plan to delist from AIM.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
