Update re Nominated Adviser Status
The directors of Sunrise Resources are pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement of 1 November 2018, the Company has identified a replacement Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") and the due diligence process, which is required to be undertaken on the Company, is in progress.
The directors are pleased with the progress made to date and are confident that the Company will be in a position to announce the appointment of the new Nomad well in advance of 1 February 2019.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
