Further to the announcement of 31 March 2016, the Company notes the following announcement made today by the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man in the London Gazette:

"IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE ISLE OF MAN

CIVIL DIVISION

CHANCERY PROCEDURE

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1931

and

IN THE MATTER of the Application for the winding up of Renewable Energy Holdings Plc

Notice is hereby given that an Application for the winding up of Renewable Energy Holdings Plc by the High Court of Justice on the Isle of Man was presented to said Court on 31 March 2016 by its directors and that the said Application is to be heard before a Court sitting in Douglas at 3pm on 4 May 2016 and any creditor or contributory of said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said Application may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose and a copy of the Application will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
