eEnergy, the Energy Efficiency as a Service company that provides commercial customers with immediate energy and cost reductions with zero upfront investment, announces that, further to the announcement of 8 January, the disposal of the MetaLeach Assets has completed on the terms set out in the Admission Document dated 20 December 2019.
