HydroDec Group plc13 December 2005 Hydrodec Group plc ("the Company" or "Hydrodec") The Company provides the following update to the market: Construction of the previously announced 20,000 litre a day plant continues onbudget and on schedule and will be operational in the first quarter 2006. Thecompany is targeting a number of power companies in Australia to ensure thatonce the plant is operational, Hydrodec will be able to utilise at least half ofits capacity by the end of the third quarter in 2006 and full capacity in 2007. The Company has also committed to the construction of a new facility, at itsYoung site in Australia, that will enable it to treat PCB and non-PCBcontaminated hardware, such as transformers, from the power industry. Thisplant is expected to be operational by the end of the second quarter in 2006,with an initial contract of ca. £100,000 already in place.
