Update re: Banking Facilities and

Barratts Priceless Group

Town Centre Securities PLC ("TCS" or "The Company"), the Leeds based property investment and development company, today provides an update on its banking facilities and the Barratts Priceless Group.

Banking

Since publishing its IMS in November TCS has completed the refinancing of £65m of its banking facilities with Handelsbanken and Royal Bank of Scotland. The new facilities run until 2015 and 2016 respectively.

Barratts Priceless Group

The Company also notes the recent announcement that Barratts Priceless Group, with whom it shares common directors (Edward and Michael Ziff) has entered administration. Barratts Priceless Group is currently a tenant of the Company and represents less than 1% of total income.
