At The Races Arena Leisure ("Arena Leisure") notes the statement issued by At The Races today(attached below) regarding the announcement by the Competition Appeal Tribunal. The Media Rights Agreement was terminated by the former attheraces forcontractual reasons on 29 March 2004 following a reduction in the Tote'smargins.
