Update re Appointment of Directors

Further to the announcement made on 20 July 2015, Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), provides the following information on Mark Fitzpatrick Keegan and Simon Charles Morris pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 Paragraph G of the AIM Rules.

Simon Morris (aged 60) trained as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton and was made a partner in 1988. During his time at Grant Thornton Mr Morris worked in various disciplines, including restructuring, corporate finance and insolvency. Mr Morris was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Grant Thornton UK LLP in 2008, before leaving Grant Thornton in 2011 to work as a business consultant on a number of different projects.
