UPDATE

The Company notes the sharp fall in its share price today, and the relatively large number of shares traded.

Further to the Regulatory News Announcement issued on 12 July, the Company remains in discussions with KMS for the sale of ICVT. In addition, given the Company's cash position, it continues to discuss with Chairman, Andrew Knight, Chief Executive, Dr Ian Pardoe and other parties with a view to providing the Company with adequate funding through the period to anticipated legal completion. It is currently expected that these arrangements will be finalised within the next 7 days.
