Update on VAT Claim

Further to the announcement on 18 August 2016 the Board has resolved that the Company will not appeal the decision of Upper Tribunal and it will accept liability for the costs incurred by HMRC in relation to the appeal proceedings at Upper Tribunal. The Company will seek an order from the Tribunal that the quantum of such costs be subject to agreement between the parties, any default of which will be assessed by the court

The Company will make any further announcements as appropriate once the full amount to be paid is determined.
