(“Hunting” or “the Company”)
Update on the Disposal of Gibson Energy
The disposal of Gibson Energy announced on 6 August 2008 is now expected to complete at the end of October 2008 or early November. The delay is due to the timing of receipt of the Canadian Transportation Act, Investment Canada Act and competition regulatory clearances. The Company does not anticipate any issues in obtaining these clearances.
Hunting shareholders approved the disposal of Gibson Energy at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26 August 2008. All other conditions relating to the completion process are either complete or remain on schedule.
