Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Group") today announces that, further to its announcement of 4 May 2018, it has now completed the sale of its Brazil business, Alexander Proudfoot Serviços Empresariais Ltda ("APSE"), to its management team for a consideration of $80,000, subject to customary closing conditions.
