Update on Tender Offer

As previously announced on 30 January 2026, Centaur was scheduled to announce the results of the Tender Offer at 7.00 a.m. today. In order for the Tender Offer process to be completed, the deadline for receipt of Tender Forms has been extended until 6.00 p.m. on 24 March 2026. The results of the Tender Offer will then be announced at 7.00 a.m. on 25 March 2026.

A further announcement setting out the updated timetable will be released once the Tender Offer process is completed.
