Update on Slovenia ECT Claim

Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST), the onshore US focused oil and gas company, is pleased to provide a short update on the Company's Energy Charter Treaty claim against the Republic of Slovenia. The Company has been advised by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID") that the arbitration tribunal have prepared a draft of an award, however due to the complexity of the matter this award is not yet final. The Company is advised that it expects to hear an update on the timing for the issuance of the award on or around 30 April 2026. Further updates will be announced as necessary.
