Update on share buyback programme

 

Further to Bridgepoint's announcement on 2 October 2023 of a second share buyback programme of up to £50 million (the "Buyback Programme"), Bridgepoint announces that it has extended the Buyback Programme such that it is expected to complete on or before 31 March 2025.

 

The parameters of the Buyback Programme otherwise remain as set out in the announcement on 2 October 2023, and on 15 May 2024 a renew ed general authority was given at Bridgepoint's annual general meeting to repurchase up to 79,413,999 ordinary shares in the capital of Bridgepoint.
