Update on SFO Investigation

JJB Sports plc ("JJB" or the "Company") announces that it has received notification from the Serious Fraud Office ("SFO") that its investigation into Sports Direct International plc and JJB has been completed and it has decided that no charges are to be brought against the companies nor any companies within their corporate groups.

The SFO has also confirmed that its investigation into individuals continues.

The Company will continue to cooperate fully with the SFO's investigation.
