Update on Results and Notice of Suspension

Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN) announces that it is not going to be able to publish its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Accounts") as required by Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies by the extended deadline of 30 September 2020. Consequently, the Company's shares will be suspended temporarily from trading on AIM as of 7.30am on Thursday 1 October 2020, pending publication of the Accounts. The Directors are endeavouring to complete the procedures required for audit completion and will publish the Accounts in the week commencing 5 October 2020.

In addition, the Company announces that it is utilising the one month extension to the reporting deadline for its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 ("Interim Results") as offered by the Inside AIM published on 9 June 2020. Therefore, the new deadline for publication of the Interim Results is 31 October 2020.
