Update on Re-admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange

Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT), a leading operator of premium Digital Out-of-Home advertising in the UK, is pleased to announce it is on track to re-admit to trading on the London Stock Exchange by the end of the year.

Ocean Outdoor operates some of the UK's most prestigious digital outdoor locations, including the BFI London IMAX; Holland Park Roundabout, which forms part of the Company's exclusive external rights to two of the largest premium urban shopping malls in Europe, Westfield London and Westfield Stratford; The Birmingham Media Eyes above New Street Station, Birmingham; and digital out-of-home (DOOH) assets across the 10 of the top key cities and retail centres in the UK including Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Ocean's portfolio of high profile landlords and partners includes Birmingham and Manchester City Councils, Landsec, the BFI and intu. 

On 28 March 2018, Ocelot Partners Limited was renamed Ocean Outdoor Limited and acquired all of the issued share capital of SCP Acquisition Topco Limited. On 2 June 2018, Forrest Media (Holdings) Limited ("Forrest"), a leading provider of large format outdoor media solutions in Scotland, was acquired by the Group. The transaction was funded through the Group's existing cash resources and is accretive to earnings.
