Update on Publication of Full Year Results

Carr's (CARR.L), the Speciality Agriculture and Engineering group, intends to publish its full year results for the financial year ended 3 September 2022 ("FY22 Results") on 23 March 2023.

Upon publication of its FY22 Results, the Company intends to apply to the Financial Conduct Authority for the restoration of the Company's listing to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
