Update on publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 (the "Accounts"), which were due to be published on 31 October 2025, has been delayed.

The Company is awaiting audit sign-off for the annual report and anticipates that it will be finalised shortly. Accordingly, the Company's listing will be temporarily suspended with effect from 3 November 2025, pending publication of the Accounts.
