Update on Publication of Accounts

Further to the Company's announcement of 15 June 2022, BiON (AIM: BiON) gives notice that the Company will be unable to complete and publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("Annual Report 2021") by its financial reporting deadline of 30 June 2022. Accordingly, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 7.30am on 1 July 2022, pending the publication of its Annual Report 2021.

The Company will update its shareholders in due course.
